We've had such a great experience at Dr. John’s office! Dr. John is not only incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, but he also takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes both kids and parents feel comfortable. I also want to give a special shout-out to Cat at the front desk—she is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make scheduling easy and ensures the whole process runs smoothly. The office has a warm, friendly atmosphere and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. Great overall experience! Have been going here for 12 yrs still counting and never had a negative visit. Great care for children of all ages and the dentists/dental hygienists do a great job of explaining what they do and how it works. There was one misunderstanding where I would have lost $50 but the receptionist researched it during my appointment resolving it for me. This shows their commitment to good customer service! In total, it has a good atmosphere, service, and works well for children with free trinkets for kids!
